A taste of success for catering firm Wise

The Brief: Wise is of the largest and most successful independent catering firms in the South, including a dedicated wedding division, events catering, and a yacht charter business. However, up until it engaged with Defero, it remained one of Hampshire’s best kept secrets.

Overview: With an ongoing media relations campaign, Deferocontinues to generate significant press coverage in the regional news and business press with ‘Meet the Chef’ features, regular recipe pieces, business profiles and company news (contract wins, milestones, etc).

Results: With creative photography (commissioned and art directed by Defero) we have also helped to develop a suite of case study material on Wise’s major event catering projects, including Southampton Boat Show, Twickenham, Newbury Racecourse.
